where is the gpl 100 break indicator located on a 98 chevy cheyenne

the truck does not have any break lights or blinkers. I have checked all bulbs and fuses. I have located the break light switch and power is going in but not coming out. I went to the parts store to buy relay and go a gpl 100 break indicator. It is a circuit board and I have no idea where it goes. Can someone tell me where it goes?

The only place that I know of is in the tail light lens itself. Remove the tail light lenses and see if it fits back there.
