new motor

I put a new motor in my 98 Silverado .put battery in
to time the motor (keys out of ignition ) all my
lights come on an want go off till I unhook the
battery.  The motor want turn over at all . I've done
checked all the grounds and all the sensor.  Please
help

Which lights are coming on? Have you checked your cable connections on your starter?
