Jegs long tube header fitment 93 c3500

I have a pair of Jegs longtube headers for my 350. I'm having problems with
them hitting the frame and oil filter. My truck is a 93 c3500 with silverado trim.
Should i have these "pinched" or is there a better selection for my application?

There is most likley a better selection for your specific vehicle but i would need to get a little bit more information before I could verify fitment or give you a part number for those headers you can give me a call if you like 1800-345-4545 ext 217
