Is the transmission fluid level okay? Remember to always rule out the obvious first.

Yes just will not Chang into last gear but will go into passing gear

Passing gear is just downshifting 1 gear.

You should have a 4L80E transmission. It is NOT an Allison. If you push the overdrive button will the light come on?
