Truck will turn over but not start

have a 1993 Chev Silverado 2500 4x4, changed out the wiring harness, now it will turn over but not start.  There is power to the coil and to distributor but not to plugs.

did you make the ignition gap right in the distributor and test for power at the end of the wires and make shure the wires are in the right order
