Just replaced my transmission and the top trans line won't get tight and is leaking tried to reflare tube didn't work

Did you cross thread it? That will cause the nut to tighten but the line hasn't. If that's the case your going to have to fix the threads

No it's on right I can get it on about 1/4 of the way without a wrench And the nut is in all the way to the block. I changed the line it feels tight but still leaks
