Hood release

The hood release inside car is where my cable snapped and I cannot access it to open the hood.  Is there a place under the car I can crawl to get to so that I can get the hood to pop open?  maybe a manual release?  thanks!!

yes. I just had a frozen cable issue on my '91 Century. I removed grille and released hood manually where cable attached to latch, releaseing with a screwdriver. If unable to remove grille with hood closed, you may be able to access from underneath. mike
