what do I do if I have no heat in my car or no air I change a blower motor i change the resistor I change the relay

I've changed the blower motor it came on
for a while then the fuse popped I changed
the relay after a while the fuse popped I
changed the resistor came on for a while in
the fuse popped what else could it be
