Doing a little search...The Silver Arrow version/option were the last 200 Rivieras built in 1999. They had a unique silver paint that was not available on other Riviera. There was a number plaque on the dash, the headrest had Silver Arrow on them and behind each door on the side was a Silver Arrow name plate underlined with a arrow. I could find nothing that said what equipment they came with but I would guess that they came with all options (this also helped get rid of parts that could not be used on other GM cars) I have seen them at car shows.

I have # 198 that I bought from the original owner. Needed some work and is now like original, and yes they came with every option that Buick offered at the time. Fantastic vehicles to own and to drive. Luv it!!!!
