The door ajar light stays on and also causes the alarm to go off at random times when locked. I took off driver door panel and unhooked three separate wires sets but light did not go off, what to do now?

this happened to my wifes rendezvous also, either take the door off and straighten the hinges out like I did, or take it to the dealer, it will cost you around $100

One or more of your door switches are bad, probably corroded due to typical moisture. They are cheap and easy to replace yourself. I'd just replace them all.
