How to replace the climate control unit 1999 buick regal

need to replace the climate control unit, the new AC blower stays on all the
time even without the key turn on, the old unit was bad, the fuse was blown
with the old blower but, with the new blower the fuse does not blows but,
the blower stays running all the time, assuming the control unit is bad

I already checked the blower control module and it is working properly. I still believe it is the climate control unit that is bad so, I need to know how to replace it. Thank you.

You need to check the blower relay located in the engine bay. The contacts are welded or stuck close. Remove the relay and the blower should turn off
