1990 Buick Reatta needs help.

I have several things wrong with my 1990 Buick Reatta.  AC does not work and needs a conversion kit, Left front headlight shakes like it has Parkinson's Disease, cruise control stopped working, right window only goes up if you hit the button and then help pull it up. I live in the middle of Wisconsin, and the people that worked on the car can't seem to find what's needed. Any idea where to start?

My curse was not working I found a small crack in the vacuum hose to the servo
