My battery is fully charged and connected, but absolutely nothing on the car works. Is there a master fuse of some kind?

It has to be a fuse of some sort since the headlights also do not work. I am pretty sure the ignition switch is operable.

1st try disconnecting the battery then reconnect. My '90 Reattas would sometimes go into a "sleep mode" and this woke them up.
