Tail Lights not working

The Tail Lights on my car arnt Working, But when I pull out the light Switch they Work Good But they Should come on Automatically when I Start the Car and they Don't!!

My back lights won't come on everything else work on a Buick Park Avenue 1996 Ultra

I REPLACE THE HEADLIGHT SWITCH AND I HAVE H/L AND FRT PARK LAMP NO TAILLIGHTS AND LIC PLATE LIGHT BUT HAVE BRAKE LIGHTS / HELP
