How do I replace the heater/AC blower fan?

I'm really trying to find out how
to take apart the rear
plastictube that provided heat
to the rear seat without
destroying it so I can get at the
blower motor

It just snaps apart. Might have to use a few flat blade screw drivers at the same time to pry the outer tube away from the inner tube. When going back together it should just snap together.
