Front wheel is looking like it's bending to side on front drivers side

My front wheel on drivers side is bending to side
and looks lower to ground

It could be the upper or lower ball joint ready to fail. If I am correct, it would be unsafe to drive. But before you call a tow truck, ask a knowledgeable guy to take a look as it might only be a soft tire. Incidentally, the way an inspection mechanic tests that, he will jack up that wheel off the ground and lift up under the tire with a pry bar feeling for a "clunk" or any free play in the suspension. If it "clunks" a lot, don't drive it.
