1998 buick park ave. Traction control light and abs stay on and tires break loose threw the first two gears every time I stop and start.

Had the engine replaced last year and ever since
the traction control light and abs light now stays
on. Now the tires break loose or think they can't get
traction threw the first two gears every time I stop.
