1990 Buick Park Avenue Fuse ID

The sticker telling which fuse is for which circuit has some of the info unreadable. I need to know what fuse number 14 is for and the correct amperage. The selections below doesn't provide for 1990 so I clicked on 1991, but my car IS a 1990.

On the schematic you posted #14 is a 20 amp fuse and it goes to the light switch
