Security light flashing when yrying to crank

make sure your battery is fully charged first then put your key in the ignition and turn all the way to start and let go of the key and leave in the run position for about ten minutes after the 10 min the security light should go out turn the key off and immediatly turn the key like you are starting the car again let go of the keyand let it go to the run position and wait for the security light to go out about 10 min when the security light goes off repeat the process again a third time when the sec light goes out this last time turn the key off and right away start the car it should start up let it run about 5 min then it should be good to go. the procedure is called the 10 min relearn but it takes about 30 mins all together but you must stay with the car because if you wait too long in between cycles you will have to start over.

I tried this and have waited 12 minutes and my security light has not gone off any idea why? Or what I should do?
