Can the rear Air Shocks on a 2004 Buick LeSabre be replaced with regular shocks?

Yes they make kits you just have to shop around.

you can, you will just lose the automatic levelling feature- the rear of your car won't raise up when you load up the trunk, so the rear end will squat.

Just to be on the safe side, I have decided to stay with what the car came with.

They sell replacement shocks now, built on springs- I paid 29$ each- trunk loaded no rear end squating!

I took the compressor off and pulled all the air lines and the car sits fine. If you do run into squatting I would remove the air ride leveling system and replace the shocks like Steve said.
