Buick lesabre 2003

I have buick lesabre 2003, the previous owner
changed the windshield glass without rain sensor,
and sence I take it, the windshield wipers work all
the time and never stop. How can I fix it? Also, the
fuel gauge is not accurate bc sometimes it goes full
and the tank in the half?

There is no much you can do on the wipers but install the sensor and that does make sense for the money you will spend. As far as the gas gauge you could have a bad float in the tank or the gauge is not working...
