Why is my 2001 Buick le Sabre overheating after I
changed the bad coolant elbows?

Sorry but pull the cooling system down in a vacuum? Could you clarify that for me, and so is that common after you change out the elbows?

Look on Youtube for videos on purging air from a cooling system.
