My 2000 lesabre won't start, when I try
to start it, the fuse box under the back
seat makes a clicking sound

That may be the starter relay, May want to try and replace it. Make sure battery connections are good, battery charged up.

It also may be the fuel pump relay, just have to look. But try the starter relay.

    I have a 2000 buick lesabre and the high beams won’t come on. We replaced the dimmer switch and the drl relay and no luck. The high beam light on the instrument panel doesn’t stay on either
