i have a 1999 buick lesabre to get my windows to go up or down both back doors must be open and then all windows work fine but if the back doors are closed the window dont work. any ideas what is causing this i tried to research it and couldnt find any similar problems

Bad connection ... when the door is repositioned it makes a better connection ( like "Jingling" wires) Try pushing the button while swinging the door open ... then locate the wires at the door hinge and "jiggle" them to see where the bad connection is
