1999 buick lesabre cuts out when driving,

car cuts out while driving, have had at 5 shops, must be electrical problem, we have replaced the battery, had the started and alternator off and checked. put in new fuel pump. car has 81,000 miles, when car cuts out everything on the car works, EXCEPT drivers electric window, and drivers power seat, also as you try to restart car you do not hear the fuel pump hum, that'.s why we replaced the fuel pump.  after about 10 minutes of letting the cat set, you hear the fuel pump and the car will start. ANY
HELP IS APPRECIATED.  my daughter is running out of money    THANKS
