1997 Buick Lesabre

So I just recently got the spark plugs changed...the
fuel filter changed as well because it was
dirty.....also just added an aid filter after having the
car for a year never realizing it didn't have one.  
About a day later my car hesitated to accelerate
once you came to a stop and pushed on the gas it
wouldn't accelerate and I heard some noise from
under the hood after a couple of seconds it was
fine again...it seems to only do that when I come to
a stop and start driving again! There is no check
engine light at all...please help
