1997 buick lesabre limited dash light problems

When I turn on my headlights or they come on automatically the dash, radio and ac/heat lights go out. The fuses are fine. What should I look for?

the interior light adjustment knob in the middle or is it turned all the way down?? find it and let us know.

You have a bad ground connection in the wiring harness. Not a project for a beginner.
