Car problem

I have a 95 Buick Lesabre I had the motor rebuilt it
was driving good I sot it down for 4 months and I
get in it to go to the store and it wouldn't go pass
40 miles it have a straight pipe on it so the cat is
not stopped up and the transmission changes out
what could be the problem
