2000 buick centry blower selector not working

I have the same broken vacuum line issue but cannot find the other end.???? I have the vacuum line piece that runs down the fender to the battery but can not see where it is suppose to go. I have battery out and only see electrical wires in cases.  kevin.4seasonstravel@comcast.net

Under dash vac line running to top of motor we're you will see a vac line.check for cracks.
