Car won't start

Recently my car has been doing this shaking thing
when I'm at a stop so I parked my car from over the
weekend and today I went to go out and its not
coming on but all the lights are on meaning the
headlights, taillights and inside lights including the
dashboard lights and radio are coming on but
when I turn the key to start the car it gives a
buzzing sound.

Im having the same exact issue with my 1999 buick century custom i changed the starter battery and belt also bought a new key still nothing
