Is this Mechanic #1's fault or did Mechanic #2 need to move the power steering hoses to replace the radiator?

2006 Chrysler Town & Country had mechanic #1 replace the power steetring low pressure hoses but chose to have mechanic #2 do the radiator based on cost. 5 days later one of those low pressure hoses broke and I lost all the power steering fluid. I had to have the car towed and the hose replaced. The mechanic #3 who did the repair said the reason it broke was because when it was replaced by Mechanic #1 he routed the hose in a place that rubs and it wore a hole in the hose. He replaced the hose and I shouldn't have any other problems.  Is this Mechanic #1's fault or did Mechanic #2 need to move the power steering hoses to replace the radiator?

This is difficult to say with out any resonable doubt as members of the jury would be asked if this went to court. With out proof ie video of who did what repair and how it was done, You may never know. A good mechanic would have routed the parts the correct way. A good mechanic would have found the parts incorrctly installed and called the owner and advised them of their findings. Perhaps you should stick with Mechanic #3 for future repairs.
