switch off the cigar lighter

How can the power outlet in the console be converted to being switched off with the ignition
key?

Backwards of how its built. you'll need to install toggle switch to kill the power to the outlet at key on. Not an easier way about it...

there is a fuse in the fuse box under the hood. if you study the fuses, there is one that looks like if you pull fuse, you cold move it over a hole. this is what ya need. It may say acc.
