Sound on.the DVD player won't work. Why?

I have a 2005 Town and Country Limited minivan
the DVD player plays fine just no sound somebody
please help it's driving me crazy that I can't fix it

I am having the same problem as you and it bugs me too. Grandkids would love to see something. I also have a transport business and kids would love it.
