Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So my 04 Chrysler Town and Country will start and run when I
go to reverse it goes in reverse but then when I go to put it in
drive and go to put gas on the pedal it will only rev up the
engine then I put it back in park but it's it for a few more
seconds and this is after it has warmed up for about 13
minutes it will go again what is causing it to not want to go
into drive right away

Check your transmission fluid! I had similar issues to this with my 03 T&C when it transmission fluid was low- adding the correct amount (use the correct one for Chrysler, ATF+4 I believe) stopped this problem immediately. Find where your fluid is leaking from...asap.
