Your 2000 Chrysler was originally equipped with Organic Acid Technology, (OAT) coolant. The coolant is orange in color. It is produced by Prestone, and marketed with the name of Dexcool. There are several different types of coolant on the market, and they are NOT compatible with each other. The "old school" green coolant should NEVER be added, in ANY amount, to a cooling system requiring OAT coolant. "Universal" type coolants should be avoided at all cost.
