why do I no power to the instrument panel, AC, & fuel pump

Asked by William May 21, 2015 at 08:35 PM about the 2002 Chrysler Town & Country Limited LWB FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Yes, I have a 2002 town & country. Let me tell you the story. My wife called me said
the van wouldn't start; she thought to battery was dead. Sure enough when I tried to
start it the most it would do is click. So I hooked up the jumper cables and went to
start it, it was engaging but would not start. (Like it wasn’t getting any fuel) that’s when
I notice I had not interment panel, it was all dark as well the AC was not coming on
either. The only this that seemed to have power was the radio.  So I assume the fuel
pump isn't receiving power either. So as obvious as it must be my question is; what
may have went out that would have caused and where is it located?
Thanks in advance
