Changed the battery and alternator on my 2002 T&C. Put about 50 miles on the car. Battery light come on this morning after about 20 miles. What else could be wrong

I checked the obd. p0622. Generator Field Not Switching. Battery and alternator are less that a week old. I also noticed the mileage and trip gauge flicker when turn singles are on.

My 2003 c town and county van light stays on what is the problem I did put a2hr charge on it.
