02 town & country turn signals & Emergency Flashes and dash Lights when out!

02 town & country turn signals & Flashes and dash Lights and  DASH Board is no Lights and Gauges do Not work.

I blow the fuse (or Flasher switch) i had a Brake Light out when i replaced it it failed. So i use a Volt Meter and Blew out the Fuse of flasher Box.
Tail Lights and
1) where is the Fuse Block Locate? inside under the dash? For Flashers & Turn Signals?
2) where is the Flasher Box Located?
3) Would the flasher box short out and cause the Dash Gauges not to work?

I am answering My own Question: Since no one seem to Know where the Fuse Box was under the dash, Because there is NO FUSE BOX Under the Dash!!! It only has one under the Hood even though the Chilton's Manual said there was a Fuse Box under the Dash. The Fuse Box is Under the Hood to the Right of the Battery.. swapped out the DRL Fuse. Problem solved! I hope this save many others alot of time! Thank you, Chuck Bruno Phoenix AZ.

Dont have a DRL fuse nor relay. Only 3 letter relay seen is EBL
