The Key will not come out

Question type: General

My honest mechanic told me there is nothing wrong
put the liver in park and press it down -  that is it they key will come out.

I read so many thing non told me about this

just put the lever in park press away from you the key will come out

so the key goes in and out? What's the problem? Reminds me of "Ghostbusters" "I am the Gatekeeper"....."I am the Key Master"
