CAN I PUT A NON TURBO ECM ON A TURBO PT CRUISER 2006

I have a pt cruiser 2006 turbo and  the ecm is bad . Can i
change for one is non turbo ??

See above, emphasis on the exclamation point! (it would have to be reflashed to a factory setting for the turbo).

I have a 2004 PT Cruiser 2.4 turbo engine can I put a non engine on it
