Front end noise on driver side.

I have an 06 xb. Started hearing a rough
noise (not grinding or metal on metal) in the
front of the vehicle after I changed the
brakes. The brakes don't make any noises
when applying the brake. They work great.
There also isn't any noise if the speeds are
around 40 or lower. No noise upon take off.
Noise starts to arise around 45+. Noise is
made during same revolutions of speed(go
faster, noise is faster. Go slower, noise
slows down). Smooth ride overall. Cars
alignment is pretty good. Slightly moves
right after a few seconds but not bad. Just
today, i started feeling vibration in the
steering wheel. But not noticeable unless I
pay attention. N vibration in the floor board.
Passenger side is smooth and no noises.
Suggestions please.

I have lubed the caliper pins. I have taken apart and reinstalled brakes. Everything is linging up. The noise is like a whirring sound. Could it be my bearing? I lifted front end and spun the tires to try to duplicate noise. Passenger side sounds great but I can here a slight noise when rating the driver side. Noticed that the top bolt for the guard is broke and stuck inside the hole. Tied it back with string just to get it out of the way and still hear the noise.
