REAR DOOR WON'T OPEN

The rear hatch on my 2007 endeavor won't open.  Neither the glass nor the
door will open.  Nothing is caught in the latch.  It will open if you pull the
emergency release but that is it.

Check the wiring in the boots of your doors. Anything else odd going on with it? Does it have alarm on it?
