Towing 2007 CRV

Question type: General

What is the proper procedure for towing our 2007 Honda CRV?
I know how to hook it up but do we go from Park to Neutral or low to Neutral
then press tow blue Ox button, then turn the key to Accessory?

I thought you can only tow a CRV using a flatbed, The all wheel drive will be damaged if you tow it with the tires rolling. If you don't have all wheel drive then maybe your solution would work.
