Will a 99 model transmission fit a 2007 Volvo C70

No, the 2007 uses an M66 or I believe an AW55-51 transmission. The 1999 model has an M56 or AW50-42.

If it's automatic, you can use a transmission from a 2001-2004 C70 coupe or convertible. I believe you can also use a transmission from an early (2001-2003ish) S60 or V70.
