Jeep won't start after a few days when I dug into water

We had a lot of rain and I had to dug my jeep grand
cherokee 2007 into a big lake that was formed in
the streets. The water went over the hood but I
could get out of there without problems. In the next
day I realized that the horn was with a very weird
sound. Two days later I was driving normally and
the car started to loose the power with a sound like
we had water in the gasoline. I pulled the car
offroad and could make it start (very badly) but
couldn't make it move. After a few attenpts I
couldn't start it anymore and I could just hear a
'clack' sound (looks like an electrical problem now,
because I couldn't close the windows too). Some
help here please? Thank you.

Sounds like you may have gotten water into the fuel system. The horn also probably just had water enter it to cause the change in pitch. You may need to drain your fuel system (and not run the car anymore until you do). If you can squirt some fuel into a clear container, you may be able to confirm the water intrusion by looking at the fuel you collect. Water will be visibly different than the fuel and usually in the bottom of the container (also where it collects in your fuel tank!).

Thank you Taver, I'll do that. I'm also thinking about selling this Jeep, do you think that is time to sell after 130 miles and just a few problems?

A car that has been flooded can be problems over its useful life. If you are not particularly attached to it, I would seriously consider selling it.
