have the about to die sound.

no for the sound and the power in putting a dod delete kit on it and might as well put a cam in it to

To get the power and sound you’re looking for requires a pretty aggressive cam. That sort of cam requires a whole group of upgrades. You’ll need to address valvetrain, air intake, exhaust and tuning among other things. Check performance companies like ZZPerformance for packages and support. Cam manufacturers all have websites. Spend some time there researching your options.
