Broken bolts on power steering pump

My car broke down a couple months back,
steering hard. Noticed under hood that belt
was off pulleys, but in good shape and
pulleys do rotate. I don't think power steering
pump went out. But looks like to me that
there are 2 bolts holding power steering
pump on. As a girl I had a few men say one
or both of these bolts need replaced. I need
to find out info on this myself considering I
can't get anyone to do the job for me and I
can't afford to take to a shop. How do I get
the broken bolts out and then replaced? I
really need my car back on the road. It's for a
2007 Pontiac Grand Prix

If the bolts are not damaged, you might just need to re-tighten them and put the belt back on over the pulley. If they cannot be re-tightened, can they be taken all the way out? If so, a parts store could hook you up with the right replacements for a few bucks. Take them home and install the pump with these. Be sure to route the belt the right way around all the pulleys. There should be a diagram on the top of the radiator or on the underside of the hood. Good luck.
