Question type: Maintenance & Repair

1993 barretta with the 3.1. the issue is once the car gets up to operating temp and its
been driven for awhile it will stall out. it will start right back up but as soon as its put into
gear it stalls. the car will start right back up but with the same result. if the car set for a
while and cools down it will start and can be driven until it heats up again and the same
results it will stall. one more thing the car starts to run rough before it stalls out.

Had the same issue with my 94 beretta. I Google and Google and found on a beretta thread that the issue is the lock out solenoid for the transmission. Disconnected it to see what would happen and my car didn't stall again. 20 bucks for a new one and she's running like a champ again.
