Pirelli or Michellin would be my first suggestion. A lot of Porsche owners seem to choose one or the other of these two brands when looking for snow tires.

pirrelli scorpion snow and ice - I use them on my cayenne turbo. You probably should get the 18 inch tires for better handling but I got the 19 inch as I think the 18 inch tires looks silly on such a large car. The 19 inch tires handle fine just watch it in deep snow.

I just put on my second set of Perelli Scorpion "Ice and Snow". They are incredible and much better than the Michelin's that my mom has on hers.
