My vehicle cranks and it doesn't turn over.
Very low on cash and a mechanic is not an
option at the moment.

check battery, spark plugs, plug wires to start

All good. If i spray starting fluid it starts and then shuts off also if you press the gas pedal as well

check your timing chain. i am going through this now. found a good mechanic that is only charging me 800 for an 8 hr job. i have the parts thank God. This car has been nothing but a problem.

Could be a sensor or fuel pump .when you a Spray some starter and it runs and then shuts off.that right there tells me it's fuel problem .
